These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pacelogisticshub.com (the "Site") and any dispatching services provided by Pace Logistics Hub ("Pace," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Pace provides truck dispatching and related back-office support to owner-operators and fleets, including load finding, route planning, broker negotiation, and optional factoring/compliance assistance, as described on the Site. Specific service scope and fees are set out separately when you sign up.
To use our dispatching services, you must hold valid operating authority (MC/DOT), appropriate insurance, and comply with applicable federal and state trucking regulations.
You retain final approval over every load presented to you. Pace does not guarantee any minimum volume or rate of freight.
Our fee structure (a percentage of gross revenue per load, per the plan you select) will be disclosed to you before you begin paid service. The free trial period, where offered, is provided at no cost as described on the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, and equipment safety, and for complying with all applicable transportation laws. Pace is not a motor carrier and does not assume liability for the physical transportation of freight.
You may cancel dispatching services at any time as described in your service agreement, without penalty, subject to completion of any in-progress loads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to lost freight, delayed payment by brokers, or third-party broker conduct.
Pace may recommend or coordinate with third-party brokers, factoring companies, or compliance services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
