These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pacelogisticshub.com (the "Site") and any dispatching services provided by Pace Logistics Hub ("Pace," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Pace provides truck dispatching and related back-office support to owner-operators and fleets, including load finding, route planning, broker negotiation, and optional factoring/compliance assistance, as described on the Site. Specific service scope and fees are set out separately when you sign up.
To use our dispatching services, you must hold valid operating authority (MC/DOT), appropriate insurance, and comply with applicable federal and state trucking regulations.
You retain final approval over every load presented to you. Pace does not guarantee any minimum volume or rate of freight.
Eligible owner-operators may receive a free dispatching trial of 14 days, starting on the date set out in your service agreement. We do not charge for the trial period, you keep 100% of the revenue from loads we book for you during it, and no payment information is required to begin. At the end of the trial you may choose to continue as a paying client or stop. If you stop, you owe nothing for the trial.
The free trial is currently offered to our first 5 founding carriers. We may end or change the offer for future clients at any time. If you refer three owner-operators who each begin their own free trial, we will extend your free trial by an additional 14 days.
If you choose to continue after the trial, our fee is 8% of gross revenue on loads we book for you (the "Founding Carrier Rate"). There are no setup fees. Founding carriers keep this rate for as long as they remain continuously active clients, and any change to your rate requires your written agreement. Different rates may apply to carriers who join after the founding group.
If you are happy with your trial, we may ask you to share an honest video or written review. Providing a review is optional and is never a condition of receiving the trial or continuing service. We do not script reviews or require them to be positive. When we publish a review from someone who received a free trial, we will disclose that connection. If you agree to let us publish your review, you give us permission to use your name, likeness, and statements for that purpose, and you may withdraw that permission for future use at any time by contacting us in writing.
You are responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, and equipment safety, and for complying with all applicable transportation laws. Pace is not a motor carrier and does not assume liability for the physical transportation of freight.
You may cancel dispatching services at any time as described in your service agreement, without penalty, subject to completion of any in-progress loads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to lost freight, delayed payment by brokers, or third-party broker conduct.
Pace may recommend or coordinate with third-party brokers, factoring companies, or compliance services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
